Established September 1991, JLD School of Dance moved to 24 Swan Street, Kingsclere 18 months later, and has been a thriving local dance provider for over 30 years. Students from 2.5 years to adults can enjoy a wide range of classes including RAD Ballet, ISTD Modern and Tap, Contemporary and Commercial, Acro and Musical Theatre as well as work towards LAMDA qualifications, performances and shows.

Kingsclere Performing Arts College is a specialist Sixth Form and Foundation College working in partnership with Newbury College. Students from 16-25 years old can train full-time in Musical Theatre, Dance and Acting. The OCR Level 3 Extended Diploma offers (the equivalent of 3 A-levels), and students can gain graded ISTD, RAD and LAMDA qualifications.
