The PAYC is helping to protect the Conservation Area and support a high-quality living environment by managing the community car park. Around 90% of parking income is returned to the CIC and used to maintain the site. A number of residents, prioritising those with the greatest need for parking, have purchased annual permits, helping to fund the upkeep of the facility. The PAYC is also exploring the installation of electric vehicle charging points, providing a valuable amenity in a central village location.
